By requesting or using Missing Link Farms Delivery services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. 1. 1. Service Description

Missing Link Farms Delivery provides local pickup and delivery services for:

• Grocery stores
• Restaurants & fast food
• Pharmacies

Services are provided within North Bay and along the North Bay–Mattawa route during posted service hours.

We are a delivery service only. We do not manufacture, prepare, or sell any products.

Orders are placed by text or phone call.

Customers must provide:

• Store or restaurant name
• Item list or screenshot (if applicable)
• Delivery address
• Preferred time window

Orders are subject to availability and route scheduling.

2. Flat $20 delivery fee per order
3. $1 per item shopping fee applies only when Missing Link Farms personally selects grocery items
4. Product cost is paid by the customer

All prices are confirmed before pickup.

Additional fees may apply for out-of-route areas or special requests.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash
• E-Transfer

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future service.

1. 5. 5. Substitutions & Out-of-Stock Items

Customers may provide substitution preferences in advance.

If substitutions are not provided, Missing Link Farms may:

• Contact customer for approval
• Skip unavailable items

We are not responsible for store stock levels.

1. 6. 6. Cancellations

Customers must cancel as early as possible.

If an order has already been shopped or picked up, the delivery fee may still apply.

2. Someone must be available to receive the order
3. Deliveries will not be left unattended unless explicitly approved in advance
4. Valid ID is required for age-restricted items

Failure to be available may result in the order being returned and delivery fee still charged.

1. 8. 8. Alcohol & Cannabis

Alcohol and cannabis delivery is available only through licensed partner businesses and where legally permitted.

Valid government-issued photo ID (19+) is required at delivery.

Missing Link Farms does not independently sell alcohol or cannabis.

1. 9. 9. Liability

Missing Link Farms is not responsible for:

• Store errors/out of stock
• Product quality issues
• Manufacturer defects
• Allergic reactions or dietary concerns
• delays caused by traffic, weather, or store operations.

Our liability is limited to the delivery fee charged.

1. 10. 10. Service Refusal

Missing Link Farms reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Repeated non-payment
• Unsafe delivery conditions

1. 11. 11. Changes to Terms

Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
