- North Bay: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Mattawa Route Deliveries: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
How much does delivery cost?
- Flat $20 delivery fee per order
- $1 per item only if I personally shop your groceries
- Order cost is paid by the customer

How can I avoid the $1 per item shopping fee?
Place a prepaid online grocery order through the store’s website.
Store staff shop it — I simply pick it up and deliver for the flat $20.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash
- E-Transfer
Payment is due upon delivery unless arranged beforehand.
Do you deliver alcohol or cannabis?
Only through licensed partner businesses and where legally permitted.
Ask if available.
How far do you deliver?
North Bay city limits and along Highway 17 between North Bay and Mattawa.
Some out-of-route areas may require a higher fee.

Often yes, depending on route and schedule.

Can I place recurring or weekly orders?
Yes. Weekly grocery customers are welcome.

Yes. Receipts are included with grocery orders.

Orders already shopped or picked up may still require the delivery fee.
